Our Structure

Lindum Group operates under 12 trading names, or divisions, these are Lindum Construction, Lindum Building Maintenance Services [BMS], Lindum Peterborough, KGM Roofing, Lindum York, Lindum Joint Ventures, Lindum Homes, Lindum Plant, Lindum Joinery, Lindum Security, Lindum Waste Recycling and Lindum Holdings.

All of the above trading names operate within a single Company Registration No, that of Lindum Group Ltd, which we believe is straightforward and transparent, as we try to be.

In order to focus on the needs of the client, each division has a General Manager or Director, with its own management team.  Business Plans are set and coordinated within the overall framework of the Group’s aims and objectives.

Our Group Health & Safety and Environmental issues are managed by Rob Wright's team and Group Quality Assurance & Compliance is managed by Warren Glover and his team.

All employees have the opportunity to purchase shares in Lindum Group Ltd which are traded through our Employee Benefit Trust and the vast majority own shares - many purchased through a SAYE scheme. Lindum is a member of the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) and is listed amongst the top 50 employee owned companies in the UK.
