We are currently accepting applications for the 2017 Lindum Group Apprenticeship Scheme. Lindum Group apprentices have the benefit of working with several Lincoln-based divisions, gaining experience on a broad range of new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects.
Throughout the apprenticeship programme, you will be based with our experienced tradespeople and provided with on-the-job training to ensure you develop the relevant skills, knowledge and experience, whilst also attending college part-time on a day-release or block release basis to gain recognised qualifications.
Entry-level apprentices will initially be enrolled onto a two year Level 2 Apprenticeship in Construction Operations and Civil Engineering Services with the opportunity to progress onto the one-year Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship programme. Applications will also be accepted from candidates with limited site experience who have already partly or fully completed their Level 2 and/or 3 course and are looking for further development and progression.
Applications will be shortlisted after the closing date. Trial work experience placements will be arranged between June and August and successful candidates will be required to start by September 2017.
The role is full-time and you must have own transport or be able to travel to sites or pick-up locations in the Lincoln area ready for a 7.30am start on site. Minimum entry criteria includes GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
