An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join Lindum Group Limited in its in-house legal team, working across multi-disciplinary teams. Our legal team is based in Lincoln and is centred on advising and supporting the divisions of Lindum Group in legal matters to safeguard Lindum Group, as far as practicable, from adverse legal matters.
The successful Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of PQE (or have relevant experience working within a relevant legal environment) and will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial contracts with a focus on construction law. The ability to analyse and advise upon risk is required in order to influence and guide upon legal matters which affect Lindum Group. The role requires an excellent eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, clients and organisations.
Applications are invited from Lawyers with contract and/or commercial backgrounds and any previous experience in construction law would be desirable. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a successful team but equally be able to work autonomously, as required, and have the ability to deliver at pace and prioritise workload according to the demands of the business.
This position is full-time (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm), salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and benefits include Group Personal Pension, profit related pay, employee share scheme and opportunities for further training and development.
