Our Lindum York division focuses on projects in the York and extended Yorkshire region. We have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, and education, commercial, industrial and health.
Due to continued expansion are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the Lindum York Team. The ideal candidate must be commercially minded and capable of managing large-scale, multi-million pound construction contracts from start to finish. You must also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organised and possess the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and clients.
