An opportunity has arisen for a Design and Build Co-ordinator/Design Manager to join the Lindum York team. The successful candidate will be working on a variety of construction projects in the affordable housing, industrial and commercial sectors, with the responsibility of managing the design process, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and maximising value engineering opportunities from tender through to construction phases.
Remaining at the forefront of latest developments is essential, by keeping an up-to-date knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations, technologies and legislation. Design and build co-ordination, SAP, SBEM experience and knowledge of Building Regulations is essential, CFSH and BREEAM would be an advantage.
