Our Lindum York division focuses on projects in the York and extended Yorkshire region. We have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, education, commercial, industrial and health.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day control of reactive and planned maintenance jobs from allocation to completion, providing quotations and daily liaison with maintenance operatives and clients. You will also be responsible for the financial control of works, managing completion dates to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.
You must be highly motivated and enthusiastic, with good communication skills and the ability to be flexible and adapt to the role.
Basic knowledge of building trades is essential, along with the understanding of costs and resource pricing. A full valid driving licence is also required as the role involves travelling to sites across York and the Yorkshire region.
