Our Lindum York division focuses on projects in the York and extended Yorkshire region. We have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, education, commercial, industrial and health.
An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join the Lindum York team. You will have sole responsibility for projects ranging from £1-5m. You will be required to maintain a safe site, ensuring work is progressing on schedule and to a required standard and to programme works whilst controlling costs.
- Previous experience of sole responsibility for large construction sites, ideally commercial and industrial projects
- Full driving licence
- A proactive attitude and ability to plan work, co-ordinate and supervise labour and subcontractors
- Relevant qualifications will be an advantage, such as CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffold Inspection.
With sites based in the East Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire regions, candidates will ideally be located in these areas.
