Internal remodelling and refurbishment works to the west wing at Windsor House to form consulting rooms and offices.
Works to the building included the removal of all existing internal doors, windows and suspended ceilings as well as forming an opening between the reception office and entrance lobby to make room for further administration accommodation. Partition walls were then formed and suspended ceilings were installed to all new consulting rooms and offices. All decorating was upgraded along with the fitting of new internal doors and new carpeting.
Lindum BMS upgraded features within the building and this included the supply and fitting of window blinds, an automated door system and new floor covering. A coded door locking system was also applied to all consultant and office rooms to upgrade security inside the building. With new security doors and a new building layout the electrical and mechanical work within the building had to be reworked. Sun pipes were also installed.
All new kitchen worktop surfaces and cupboards were of a high spec finish and added to the modernisation of the building.
