An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join the Lindum Peterborough team. You will have sole responsibility for projects ranging from £1-5m. You will be required to maintain a safe site, ensuring work is progressing on schedule and to a required standard and to programme works whilst controlling costs.
- Previous experience of sole responsibility for large construction sites
- Full driving licence
- A proactive attitude and ability to plan work, co-ordinate and supervise labour and subcontractors
- Relevant qualifications will be an advantage, such as CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffold Inspection.
