We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join the Lindum York team, based at our Lindum Business Park in the village of Elvington. You will be responsible for managing projects from £500K to £6m and will effectively manage projects teams and contract delivery from start to finish. We are looking for someone with previous experience managing multiple live contracts in a variety of sectors with knowledge of various build types.

Everyday is different as we work to find solutions; whether detailed programmes for building on highly constrained sites, delivering complex building designs or working through supply chain challenges, all while putting the clients first and having fun.

The role is full-time (Monday to Friday). Competitive salary plus company car/car allowance, pension, profit related pay, employee share scheme and opportunities for further training, development and progression. A full driving licence is essential as the role involves travel to construction sites and other locations.
