Based at our Head Office in North Hykeham, Lindum BMS focuses on the Group’s smaller new build and refurbishment construction contracts as well as planned and reactive maintenance works across the East Midlands. We have a variety of clients in sectors including affordable housing, food production, retail, education, blue light, commercial, industrial and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the Lindum BMS team in the Maintenance Department to provide a cost for works, services and materials and provide full financial control.

Responsibilities include producing valuations, submitting applications for payment to clients, authorising subcontract accounts and preparing monthly cost and value reports. Candidates must:

    • Have previous experience with a strong building background and knowledge of refurbishment and new build works in a variety of sectors
    • Be able to price reactive maintenance, minor adaptations and refurbishments projects from a schedule of rates or on a LPM basis
    • Be commercially astute with a track record for successfully managing budgets
    • Have good knowledge of construction methods and the ability to work with clients to develop schemes
    • have excellent interpersonal skills and be friendly and professional at all times, as the role involves regular contact with a variety of clients and colleagues
    • Full UK driving licence is essential

The position is permanent and based at our Head Office in North Hykeham, Lincoln (LN6 3QX). Working hours can be flexible to suit the successful candidate with applications accepted from applicants seeking a part-time role.
