Lindum will be promoting Greater Lincolnshire as a great place to do business at the international property fair MIPIM next month.
Two company directors will be heading out to the south of France as part of the official Team Lincolnshire contingent.
Freddie Chambers and Neil Coote will join 24 other sponsors from the county’s property and construction sector at the event in Cannes, between March 13 and 16.
Together, they will work to showcase Lincolnshire on the global stage, highlighting a number of key development sites and opportunities.
Driven by the Greater Lincolnshire LEP and Team Lincolnshire, the area has succeeded in establishing a recognisable presence in Cannes over the years.
The private-public sector line up of Team Lincolnshire has, for the past three years, helped to reinforce the area’s message.
Lindum Executive Board Director Freddie Chambers said: “As a Lincolnshire-based construction company, which employs hundreds of local people, we obviously have a vested interest in seeing this county prosper.
“But we also believe that Lincolnshire has a great story to tell and feel passionately that it is our job to act as ambassadors for the opportunities on offer here.
“We look forward to working with the rest of Team Lincolnshire to promote Lincolnshire in France.”
The team came together in Grantham last week as final preparations for the trip are being made.
Greater Lincolnshire LEP director Ruth Carver said: “2018 is a fantastic time to be showcasing what Lincolnshire has to offer investors - from improved transport links through to increased investment in leisure and education, Lincolnshire is continuing to go from strength to strength.
“During this year’s MIPIM, Team Lincolnshire will be focussing on promoting investment opportunities in the area, including three food Enterprise Zones: Peppermint Park in Holbeach, Hemswell Cliff in Central Lincolnshire and Europarc III in Grimsby, alongside strategic employment site and urban extensions across Greater Lincolnshire.”
Representing the region at the leading property event will be: Pygott and Crone, Roythornes, LK2, Building Services Design, YMD Boon, Woodhead Group, BSP Consulting, Fraser Brown, Cartwright Communications, Willmott Dixon, Delta Simons, William Saunders, Gleeds, Couch Perry Wilkes, Lindum, BE Design, CPMG, Dynamic Lincoln, Globe, Invest Gainsborough, North East Lincolnshire Council, Morgan Sindall, Besa, RizkMcCay, Core Architects and Stirlin.
MIPIM takes place from 13 to 16 March centred round a large scale exhibition in the Palais de Festival in Cannes in the south of France which attracts tens of thousands of visitors.
