Beech House Refurbishment
CWA Developments Ltd
As part of a long term redevelopment of their Kings Lynn campus, the College of West Anglia needed a frast track refurbishment of their Beech House building to relocate IT facilities and dance teaching from other areas of the campus, due to be demolished/refurbished.
Lindum's flexible and prompt approach enabled the works to be carried out in agreed phases to incorporate the College's requirements and deadlines previously agreed with other stake-holders.
The works were completed on programme and to the tendered budget.
"The project was difficult to specify and quantify. The pre-contract discussions allowed us to work co-operatively throughout the project. The quality delivered was excellent" - Steve Malby, Project Manager, College of West Anglia.
Lindum have recently won another project at the College (also tendered); to convert the existing Sports Hall into a Performing Arts Centre.
