Lindum was appointed to design and build a new T Level block to meet the growing demand for T Level qualifications for the University Academy Holbeach.

Our team produced a plan to guide University Academy Holbeach 5-year expenditure, ensuring planning approval accounted for future expansion, access, and logistics.

Early involvement allowed us to set a realistic, market-tested budget, and we coordinated the design to manage both cost and time effectively.

The T Level block consists of nine classrooms, including a health science room, built with a steel frame structure and brick and render facades.

We appointed a specialist furniture contractor for the fit-out and installed air source heat pumps and underfloor heating for energy efficiency.

To minimise disruption, the work was phased with clear communication through short-term programmes and phasing plans.
