Our experience in the Partnership Housing sector goes back to the mid 1990s, as both a construction business and a developer; we understand the sector well and are passionate about the social impact we help create by providing better places for people to live. In the past 10 years alone, we’ve delivered 2,750 units with a value of £300 million.
We competitively tender and negotiate social housing projects across the East Midlands and Yorkshire. We can provide lump-sum fixed price contracts, helping clients manage risks and achieving quality, time and cost.

We can source land and carry out feasibility assessments considering technical, financial and planning risks. Then, whether for your land or land we’ve sourced, we work with you to develop designs and take your project through planning. We are also able to offer financing packages include golden-brick and payment terms.
TradHaus: our Affordable Homes for the Future
We have used our in-house design expertise and construction experience to develop a suite of performance-based specifications for sustainable, affordable housing. The TradHaus range simplifies the briefing process and enables clients to make data-driven choices when considering a scheme’s requirements in terms of design and energy costs for the end user. Our solutions range from building control compliance, taking into account the new Part L upgrades, right through to the Future Homes standard and Net Zero Carbon in operation.
