We offer a diverse programme of learning, from critical safety training, to personal development programmes.

We are determined to ‘grow our own’ and are huge advocates of apprenticeships, whether that be a Level 1 early career or a Level 7 degree apprenticeship.

We also offer our own leadership development programme.

We understand that if we support our staff with their progress, they will contribute to the success of Lindum.

  • Technical development: Keep on top of industry leading training, sharpening your skills in your trade.
  • Keeping people safe: Let our team co-ordinate your critical safety training.
  • Getting qualified: We’ll support you to gain membership of a relevant professional institution.
