Lindum continues to hold a comprehensive apprenticeship, trainee and graduate programme.
We invest in ‘growing our own staff’, attracting young people to our business and providing ongoing training – 20% of our current workforce has progressed through our education, apprentice and trainee programmes.
We have apprentices in trades such as joinery, bricklaying and groundworks.
We have technical trainees in the office, who spend time in all parts of the business; this gives them an understanding of the whole construction process including design, estimating, planning, marketing, health and safety and site management.
