Lincoln + York + Peterborough

Welcome to Lindum

We work with clients to take their building projects from concept to completion. Our core business is construction and we can help with land finding, design and build, refurbishments and property maintenance.

Our approach

Lindum was founded in 1956 as a practical, hands-on and helpful business; we still believe in a common sense approach, have many of our own tradespeople and a strong team-working culture.

We are employee and family-owned, which means that we are relationship driven, take extra care with clients and have a longer term view.

We are an experienced construction business, with an excellent reputation across all sectors, for both new-build and refurbishment projects.

The entire Lindum team have been excellent in their delivery and approach to the project and the comments from our staff further reiterate that. Obviously special thanks to Roy for making it happen on the ground but knowing that wouldn’t have been possible without the support of wider team.

Andrew Graves , The Priory Federation of Academies

I’ve been really impressed with the service you and your teams have provided. The contacts you passed over for your service centre have been brilliant, calls are answered almost instantly and we’ve been kept up to date with what has been happening.
