Public sector organisations can now access Lindum Group’s expertise on major construction projects after the company was appointed to Pagabo’s National Framework for Major Works 2026.

The four-year framework, launched today, provides a fast, compliant route for local authorities, NHS trusts, education providers, housing associations and emergency services to appoint Lindum to deliver projects valued between £5 million and £30 million.

From schools and healthcare facilities to commercial developments and leisure schemes, the framework gives clients direct access to Lindum’s proven delivery capability, regional knowledge and established local supply chain.

The appointment further strengthens Lindum’s long-standing partnership with Pagabo and reinforces the company’s position as a trusted delivery partner for the public sector. By enabling early contractor involvement and collaborative project development, the framework helps clients shape projects sooner, secure greater value for money and maximise the social and economic benefits delivered to local communities.

Under the framework, Lindum has secured places in:

  • Lot 2 (£5m-£15m projects) across the North East, Yorkshire & Humber, North West, East Midlands, West Midlands, East of England, London and South East regions.
  • Lot 3 (£15m-£30m projects) across the Midlands.

As an employee-owned business with decades of experience delivering projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, leisure and public sectors, Lindum is well placed to help organisations bring forward complex developments and long-term investment programmes.

Steve Duckering, Group Framework Manager at Lindum Group, said: “We are delighted to have secured a place on Pagabo’s National Framework for Major Works 2026. This appointment reflects the strength of our relationship with Pagabo and our shared commitment to delivering quality projects, value for money and positive outcomes for public sector clients.

“Frameworks like this create opportunities for early collaboration, allowing us to bring our expertise into the project development process from the outset. As an employee-owned business, we are focused on delivering lasting value for our customers and the communities we serve, and we look forward to supporting clients through the framework over the coming years.”

The appointment further strengthens Lindum’s long-standing relationship with Pagabo, adding to its existing positions on the organisation’s Medium Works and Refit and Refurbishment frameworks.

The latest framework marks the third generation of Pagabo’s successful major works programme, which has already helped deliver construction projects worth more than £3 billion nationwide.

David Llewellyn, construction and infrastructure director at Pagabo, said: “Our major works framework has a successful and recognisable legacy. Like its previous iterations, we expect this instalment will quickly begin to support the public sector in transforming built environment investments into positive outcomes for people, places and the planet.

“Through our role as framework manager, we will help clients procure confidently and compliantly, with efficiency and powerful insights offered by purpose-built digital systems. Meanwhile, as people have come to expect from our frameworks, the public sector will be only moments away from an impressive collection of leading contractors vying for new contracts.”
