Lindum Group worked with North Kesteven District Council to transform the Grinter Close site in North Hykeham, delivering 32 high-quality affordable homes for the local community.

The £4.29 million project included the refurbishment of Grinter House into 16 modern flats and council office space, alongside the construction of 16 new homes. The development provides a mix of flats, bungalows and family homes, helping to meet local housing needs.
During the project, Lindum developed an innovative drainage solution that reduced road closures and kept disruption to a minimum for local residents.

Sustainability was built into the development, with solar panels installed and energy-efficient systems fitted throughout the new homes.

As part of the project, Lindum also supported the local community by carrying out improvement works at a nearby nursery and providing valuable opportunities for apprentices, helping to leave a positive legacy beyond the completed homes.
