Lindum Peterborough delivered the Design & Build of 38 new affordable homes in Market Harborough.

The properties were completed for our repeat client Platform Housing Group and comprise a mix of shared ownership and affordable rentals.

The works included demolition of 13 obsolete bungalows and the retention and extension of an existing terrace bungalow to create an enhanced communal lounge space for tenants.

The homes were designed to reduce tenants’ running costs by improving energy efficiency through solar panels and hot water heat recovery systems.

We delivered meaningful social value outcomes, hosting three community coffee mornings that strengthened engagement between residents, contractors and stakeholders.
