Lindum Group transformed the foyer of York St John University’s Holgate building into a welcoming and inclusive Student Hub.

The refurbishment provides a central space for student support services, combining confidential meeting areas, self-service options, and flexible seating.

Key features include a reclaimed-wood welcome desk, bespoke planters with integrated seating, and a central water feature, creating a calm and accessible environment.

Lindum carefully managed construction to minimise disruption, reusing materials where possible, and delivered a space that enhances student wellbeing and campus experience.
