Lindum Group has successfully completed the construction of Vasey Close, a development of 18 new homes in the village of Bassingham, near Lincoln.

The project, carried out on behalf of Longhurst Group, provides much-needed affordable housing and has been designed to blend seamlessly with the existing village environment.

The development was constructed on a 2.23-acre site, strategically positioned to ensure better connectivity with the surrounding area. It includes a mix of one and two-bedroom bungalows and two and three-bedroom houses, most of which are semi-detached. Each home features its own private garden and dedicated parking, creating a practical and comfortable living environment.

Th properties are available across several affordable tenures, including affordable rent and Shared Ownership, helping to meet the local demand for housing.

The project also includes over half an acre of land dedicated to Biodiversity Net Gain, planted with native species to improve the local ecosystem. Additionally, the development provides expansion space for Bassingham Surgery, supporting future healthcare needs in the community.
