What is YORbuild?

Since YORbuild was first launched in 2009, YORhub has delivered over 1,500 building projects worth £2.5 billion for more than 90 public sector clients. YORhub predicts that around £600 million will be spent through the new frameworks over the next four years.

YORhub has appointed Lindum to two of its frameworks, which provide construction services to the public sector across Yorkshire, Humber and Lincolnshire, as well as parts of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

YORbuild3 Minor Works and a YORBuild3 Medium Works frameworks, to be used for the delivery of new build housing schemes of any size, and new build and refurbishment projects up to £4m in value.
