Biography

Herman joined Lindum in 1987, having previously been Finance Director for Almet Aluminium in the UK. Born and educated in Holland where he read Economics and Law at the University of Amsterdam. As Company Secretary for Lindum, he leads our training and community involvement activities. Herman holds directorships with Greater Lincolnshire LEP (GLLEP), Investors in Lincoln Ltd, The Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, Lincoln BIG and is Chairman of the Employment & Skills Board for Lincolnshire.
