A ceremony has taken place to celebrate 25 Lindum people who have successfully completed a variety of training courses.
Employees from across the Group have achieved a range of qualifications after studying for between one and three years.
A presentation took place at Lindum’s North Hykeham offices this afternoon where each one was awarded a certificate to mark their achievement.
Head of Employee Welfare and Development, Warren Glover, said: “Today is a day of celebration and you should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. It is not easy to learn and work at the same time but you have all overcome that challenge.
“The test now is to take what you’ve learned and put it into practice. You represent the future of this company and you need to work hard to strengthen our business and to continue to be successful in your careers.
“We will continue to invest in you as much as we can and days like today justify our decision to do that. Well done.”
Among the courses which have been completed are apprenticeships in groundwork and joinery, construction management training, people management skills training and business administration.
The celebration was organised to coincide with National Apprenticeship Week.
Those who received their certificates were Luke Hinojosa, Jack Lawless, George Brewer, James Penney, Tyler Dixon, Rosie Marshall, Roy Elsom, Jamie Osgodby, Darrel Garner, Liam Jenkinson, Dean Bailey, John Porthouse, Ben Scott, Jamie Cocks, Jordan Taylor-Welland, Harry Hope, Zac Gorley, Ryan Donohue, Ashley Sullivan, Joe Espin, Jack Fixter, Jason Shackleton, Dean Hanson, Sally Beckett, Sammie Hall
