Work completed on University Centre in Grantham

Work to create a University Centre to deliver higher education and skills training in Grantham is now complete. Degrees, high-level apprenticeships, diplomas and short courses will be delivered from the new 9,000 sq ft building, which sits above the cinema complex on St Peter’s Hill.

£7.8 million affordable homes scheme completed in Yorkshire

Residents have begun moving into a new £7.8 million affordable housing scheme which was built by Lindum in a popular North Yorkshire market town. Developed by Broadacres Housing Association in Malton, the homes are being allocated to people with a connection to Ryedale, as part of its strategy to ensure that rural communities remain affordable for future generations.

Work starts ready for major revamp of craft centre

Preparations are underway for a £1.2 million project to reconfigure, extend and enhance the National Centre for Craft and Design in Sleaford. Lindum Group started on site on Monday, June 29. Fencing has been set up around the perimeter of the building and other preparations are being made ready for its transformation.

Ground broken ready for £2.2.m investment at Discovery Park

Lindum has started work on 15 new business units at Discovery Park in North Hykeham, near Lincoln. Groundworks have begun on a 1.25 acre space for start-up and growing businesses, which will be called Discovery Court.

Store to open doors after major refurbishment by Lindum

Lindum has completed the extensive renovation of a Lincolnshire food store, including restoration of the shopfront to complement its historic surroundings.
