Lindum completed a three-story extension to John Leggott College in Scunthorpe.

The scheme involved construction of 12 new classrooms, along with additional breakout learning spaces. It also involved remodelling the existing frontage, giving the entire campus a new and modern appearance.

The adjoining building was also refurbished to bring it in line with new extension and the college used the work as opportunity to introduce a new breakfast area for the students incorporating a new coffee shop on the ground floor.

The expansion was commissioned to accommodate a predicted increase in students as Scunthorpe has seen a significant increase in the number of Year 11 pupils.
