Lindum Peterborough successfully delivered 50 affordable and sustainable homes for Accent Housing.

The properties comprise one-bedroom apartments, two to four-bedroom semi-detached houses, and two-bedroom bungalows, which all achieved EPC A rating through solar panels and enhanced energy efficiency measures including fabric improvements.

We worked collaboratively with the client to deliver community engagement events, including a coffee morning for residents to meet the project team, review drawings and understand the build programme.

We supported 18 apprentices on site throughout the project, promoting skills development and local workforce growth.

Site Manager Justin Moore completed a 47km triathlon to raise funds for the installation of a 24/7 publicly accessible defibrillator in the local village.
