Originally a derelict 21.4 acre site, we have invested over £5 million in the park over the past 20 years. Our locationEx-professional footballer Dean Walling runs his coaching business, Deano’s Pro Soccer Academy, out of Langton House on the Lindum Business Park. He’s been based here since 2019 and employs 100 people on full and part time contracts.
He said: “I used to be based in the city centre but this location is so much better for me. I live in Hykeham, so the commute is easy and there’s plenty of parking. The coaching sessions I run are in the south of the city, in Birchwood and at the City of Lincoln Academy, so it’s simple to get from the office to training. The rent here is very reasonable, and the 24-hour security is a bonus, too.”
