Lindum successfully completed a new 12,500 square foot industrial unit on a growing business park in Yorkshire.

The project is part of a £25m investment programme by Potter Space, which owns, develops and operates five parks in the UK.

Lindum York, based in Elvington, built Unit 52 on the company’s Ripon site, which include several eco-friendly features including solar panels, electric vehicle charging points and cycle parking.
