Lindum was appointed to carry out the design and build of two industrial units with integral office space at  Swinderby for St. Modwen. The development now has more than 95,000 sq ft of warehouse and manufacturing accommodation available within one of the region’s main strategic employment locations.

The buildings comprise a steel frame on mass fill foundations. Both units have pre-cast loading bays, a concrete yard and Tarmac car park. A small office was completed to a shell finish on the first floor of both units.

Throughout the project we assisted the client whilst marketing the units as we facilitated site visits from prospective tenants.

The units mark a major step forward in our development of the site and the delivery of much needed employment space in the region.”
