New homes consultation

Lindum Group is working on plans for 49 new homes in the West Lindsey village of Scothern.

The homes would be a mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed properties, with 37 being market houses and 12 being affordable houses (a mix of rent, shared ownership and discounted market sale tenures).

Each dwelling will incorporate solar panels, air sourced heat pumps, triple glazing and electric vehicle charging points. This ensures that the residential properties generate the same amount of renewable electricity on site as the demand they create, for all energy use. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via Nettleham Road to the west of the site via a new simple priority T-junction connecting with Nettleham Road on the eastern site boundary.
