Plans to build 36 new affordable homes on the former Boultham Dairy site in Lincoln have been approved.
The project will see Lindum work in partnership with Longhurst Group to provide six three-bed townhouses, 12 two-bed semi-detached houses and 18 two-bed semi-detached homes
The plans will complete the transformation of the site on Boultham Park Road, which has already been partially redeveloped to provide a supermarket and a purpose-built mosque.
Early work on the final parcel of land, which is owned by The Lincolnshire Co-op, is set to start in December, with construction estimated to complete in 2020.
