Lindum buries time capsule at Peterborough site

A time capsule has been buried as part of a £3m construction project in Peterborough. GB Railfreight and building contractor Lindum buried the capsule during work on the rail company’s new office and training centre.

Work begins at old hospital site

Lindum has started work on 36 new homes on the site of a former hospital in Spalding. Longhurst Group is developing the former Welland Hospital site to provide two and three-bedroom affordable homes.

College sports centre extension is on track to boost skills gap.

Lindum is building a £2.2m extension to New College Stamford’s Borderville Sports Centre. The work includes creating six additional classrooms, a specialist sports laboratory and a fitness studio. Lindum Peterborough is delivering the scheme after being awarded the contract through a competitive tender last year.

New agricultural machinery dealership could create 20 jobs

Plans have been drawn up for a major new John Deere dealership at a growing business park on the outskirts of Newark. Farol Ltd, John Deere’s largest dealer, is hoping to open a new outlet at Overfield Park, off the A17.

Lindum has completed work on 36 new homes on the site of on old dairy in Lincoln. Ellison Place, on Boultham Park Road, will provide much needed affordable housing. Keys to the new properties were handed over to housing provider Longhurst Group on Tuesday, 14th July.
