Plans have been drawn up for a major new John Deere dealership at a growing business park on the outskirts of Newark. Farol Ltd, John Deere’s largest dealer, is hoping to open a new outlet at Overfield Park, off the A17.
Lindum has completed work on 36 new homes on the site of on old dairy in Lincoln. Ellison Place, on Boultham Park Road, will provide much needed affordable housing. Keys to the new properties were handed over to housing provider Longhurst Group on Tuesday, 14th July.

Work to create a University Centre to deliver higher education and skills training in Grantham is now complete. Degrees, high-level apprenticeships, diplomas and short courses will be delivered from the new 9,000 sq ft building, which sits above the cinema complex on St Peter’s Hill.
Residents have begun moving into a new £7.8 million affordable housing scheme which was built by Lindum in a popular North Yorkshire market town. Developed by Broadacres Housing Association in Malton, the homes are being allocated to people with a connection to Ryedale, as part of its strategy to ensure that rural communities remain affordable for future generations.
