Construction & Property

We work with private, public and third sector organisations to take their building projects from concept to completion. We focus on creating lasting client relationships, working regionally, across all sectors and project types, including new build and property maintenance.

"The difference is our people"

Lindum was founded in 1956 as a practical, hands-on, helpful and friendly business; we still believe in this common sense approach, have many of our own tradespeople and a strong team-working culture.

We are employee and family-owned, which means people retention is very good, skills and experience are retained, and our teams are motivated to go the extra mile for clients.

Construction

Our construction teams have experience and expertise working across all sectors on new-builds, refurbishments and design & build. Many clients work with us on a "turn-key" basis, where we're engaged early, and take their concept through feasibility, design, planning and onto a start on site.

The entire Lindum team have been excellent in their delivery and approach to the project and the comments from our staff further reiterate that. Obviously special thanks to Roy for making it happen on the ground but knowing that wouldn’t have been possible without the support of wider team.

Andrew Graves , The Priory Federation of Academies

I’ve been really impressed with the service you and your teams have provided. The contacts you passed over for your service centre have been brilliant, calls are answered almost instantly and we’ve been kept up to date with what has been happening.
