Lindum Group has been recognised for its excellent delivery of public sector construction projects.

The company is the first contractor to achieve a Platinum rating on work delivered through the Scape Regional Construction framework.

It comes after Scape measured Lindum’s work against 21 key performance indicators, including factors such as finishing on time, keeping within costs, use of local labour, fair payment of subcontractors and client satisfaction.

So far, Lindum Group is the only contractor on the regional framework to achieve Platinum status.

Framework Manager, Matthew Jones said: “This is a testament to the skills and effort of our delivery teams, who have worked with over 20 public sector clients across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire over the past four years.

“To be an approved contractor for Scape, we had to pass a rigorous selection process. We made a number of promises about how we would deliver work through the framework.

“This shows that we have delivered what we promised and that our clients can trust us to be open, honest and reliable.”

Lindum has completed 130 projects through the Scape framework since 2018. These have included work in schools, hospitals and council offices.

The projects have a combined value of £28m and between them, have delivered £12.6m of added social & economic value for communities.

Mark Robinson, SCAPE group Chief Executive, commented: “We’re delighted that Lindum Group are the first of our delivery partners on this framework to achieve Platinum status.

“It’s a clear reflection of their commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and working collaboratively to really understand the needs and delivery aims of the public sector.

“We share a consistent focus on achieving a sustainable legacy and ensuring that social value outcomes are maximised for each and every project, and we look forward to continuing our work together to improve the spaces and places within communities across the Midlands and East of England.”
