Construction & Property

We work with private, public and third sector organisations to take their building projects from concept to completion. We focus on creating lasting client relationships, working regionally, across all sectors and project types, including new build and property maintenance.

"The difference is our people"

Lindum was founded in 1956 as a practical, hands-on, helpful and friendly business; we still believe in this common sense approach, have many of our own tradespeople and a strong team-working culture.

We are employee and family-owned, which means people retention is very good, skills and experience are retained, and our teams are motivated to go the extra mile for clients.

Construction

Most of our projects are done on a fixed price basis, where we assume build risk, with much of this work being agreed through early-involvement on a negotiated basis where we work in partnership to set the specification, costs and risk sharing.

I just felt compelled to send you a quick note to compliment your excellent workforce. To say we were a little nervous about the projects was an understatement, but we had absolutely no reason to worry! Your teams have been incredible. Nothing has been too much trouble and we have felt so reassured that the works will not only be completed in time, but also to a very high standard. We definitely hope to deal with Lindum again.

Kate Kendal , Peckover Primary School, Wisbech

I recently visited Stanground Fire Station to view the latest refurbishments and I must say I was delighted with the outcome. All those that contributed to the work have done a fantastic job and what has been achieved with the money spent is a credit to everyone involved. The quality of the finish and the new modern appearance of the station is exactly what I am looking for the Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service estate.
